PRODUCTION MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities.
- Manage manufacturing operations for custom furniture and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure production targets and project deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.
- Supervise production staff and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Production Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out production.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production planning.
