The HR Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the University’s workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives. This role ensures the University attracts, develops, and retains a capable and future-ready workforce that supports the achievement of the University’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The HR Manager provides strategic advice and leadership in workforce capability development, talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness, while promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Education Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in human resource management or people and culture leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position
