Manager – Operations
CLIO Hotel Bolgoda, a premier destination for leisure, events, and hospitality excellence, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Operations to lead our operations team.
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations of a limited or full-service property.
- Manage and execute events including weddings, homecomings, corporate functions, and private gatherings.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to deliver seamless operations.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining luxury service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in hotel operations.
- Proven expertise in event handling (weddings, homecomings, corporate events).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
