Sales and Marketing Executive — Remote (Sri Lanka)
Location: Sri Lanka (Remote) | Type: Permanent Full-Time | 100% Remote | Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM SLST | Salary: LKR 140,000 to 200,000/Month

What You Will Do
- Communicate with Canadian customers and vendors daily via phone, email, and chat
- Build estimates, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Input financial data, reconcile discrepancies, and support costing and billing
- Operate our business management software (full training provided)
- Represent Comfort Union professionally in every customer and supplier interaction
The Three Pillars We Hire On
Every candidate is assessed thoroughly on all three during the interview process.
- 1. English Fluency
Clear, confident, professional communication written and spoken. You must be able to speak confidently and naturally with Canadian customers over the phone. You can explain complex ideas simply, handle objections, and make customers feel heard. - 2. Technology Fluency
Comfortable with web applications, Windows systems, and Microsoft Excel at a mastery level. You pick up new software fast. - 3. Finance Mindset
You compute numbers quickly, build invoices, run costings, and catch discrepancies. Detail oriented and accurate.
Education
Degree or diploma in sales, finance, engineering, business, or technology. The discipline matters less than the foundation it built.
Experience
5 or more years in a professional setting in sales, marketing, or finance. Real accountability, real customers, real numbers.
What You Need
- High speed internet, quiet workspace, strong personal laptop, quality headset
- Ability to work 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM SLST, six days a week
What We Offer
- LKR 140,000 to 200,000/month based on experience
- We will fully train you. One full month of training on all systems and workflows so you are comfortable and ready to hit the ground running from day one
- A local Sri Lanka based team member will be your direct manager and point of contact throughout onboarding and beyond
