Manager – Marketing Communications
JOB PROFILE
- Develop Monthly/quarterly/Annual marketing communication plans liaising with sales and brand teams and timely execution.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Seasonal activations and product launches - ATL / BTL / TTL.
- Manage visual standards across showrooms, digital platforms, and communications materials to maintain consistent brand positioning.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI’s, and provide monthly performance reports and coordinate media planning.
- Manage website content, social media and digital marketing with lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Lead the marketing team and set clear performance goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven marketing experience in Retail, IT, FMCG, or Consumer Electronics.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution, market and in-store activations, visual merchandising, exhibitions, special events, and outdoor activations.
- Strong experience in managing marketing budgets and media planning.
- Solid skills in digital marketing and using data/metrics to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willing and flexible to travel extensively for branch visits and events.
