Medical Laboratory Technologists
- Candidate should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or B. Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in a private sector medical laboratory.
- Experience in quality control procedures, quality assurance, and maintaining laboratory standards.
- Registration with Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) or relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Good presentation and computer skills, strong communication, and good command in English.
- A self-motivated and energetic personality who can deliver high quality performance on clinical laboratory services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Age below 40 years.
Phlebotomists
- One year Nursing Course from a recognized NTS with experience in blood drawing.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a phlebotomist with a fair knowledge of lab tests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work long hours according to the requirement.
- Age below 35 years.
