Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices (product and orders)
- Maintain and update pending orders and records
- Enter data accurately into the system
- Monitor outstanding balances before invoicing
- File and organize quotations, purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all documents
- Support the team in coordinating with sales, warehouse and finance departments
Candidate Profile
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
