CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE (SINHALA)

The Ensured Quality Lanka, the WEB-BASED MATRIMONIAL SERVICE Company is serving Sri Lankans all over the world and highly motivated to connect them in a HAPPY MARRIAGE. We are looking for energetic team player to join with our Support Department as CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE (SINHALA).

Requirements

  • Age: 21–27 years.
  • Degree holder (Non-IT) OR G.C.E. A/L qualified with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in a corporate environment.
  • Fluent Sinhala-speaking skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls using strong negotiation skills.
  • Handle customer phone calls professionally in Sinhala.
  • Adhere to company policies while managing customer objections & rejections using customer acquisition skills.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries responsibly while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and achieve weekly performance targets.
