ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to support and oversee daily operations in our Melamine Manufacturing Facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to meet production targets and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation and monitoring of daily operational processes as the factory is still not receiving a daily production plan.
- Overlook the overall daily production operation to ensure smooth workflow across all sections.
- Maintain production performance data, including daily efficiency tracking (Plan vs Actual).
- Improve coordination between Cutting, CNC, Edge Banding, and Assembly to minimize delays and bottlenecks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 03 to 05 Years of Experience in Melamine / Panel Furniture Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Planning Processes
- Experience with Manufacturing Software (e.g., ERP, Production Systems)
- Proven ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
- Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
We plan to gradually train and align the selected candidate with CAM operations & technical supervision to develop multi-skilled capabilities within the production team, ensuring operational continuity and long-term value.
