- Qualified Lawyer (LLB)/ Attorney-at-Law or Chartered company secretary with proven experience.
- Proven work experience in company secretarial functions in a reputed firm.
- Strong understanding of Companies Act and company secretarial related work.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
