Cost Accountant / Cost Controller (Male)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of food costing and pricing as per industry.
  • Maintain inventory control by monitoring inventory levels and tracking the average cost.
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed food profitability reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Carry out any additional analyses or reports required by management.
  • Organize and participate in stock verification processes.

Requirements

  • Full or Part qualification in CIMA, CMA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • More than three years of progressive experience in Management Accounting and Food Control in Hospitality Industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial software systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Below 35 years of age.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Katunayake area.
