ASSISTANT SALES ADMIN OFFICER – THILAFUSHI WORKSHOP

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with workshop staff to monitor job progress and provide status updates to customers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective administrative assistance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Handle customer communications via phone, email, and in-person visits professionally.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure completed jobs are handed over to customers on time.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department when required.
  • Maintain inventory records of workshop consumables and coordinate replenishment requests.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed according to company procedures.
  • Assist with general office administration and other duties assigned by management.

Salary: MVR 12,000.00+
