ASSISTANT SALES ADMIN OFFICER – THILAFUSHI WORKSHOP
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with workshop staff to monitor job progress and provide status updates to customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective administrative assistance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and in-person visits professionally.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure completed jobs are handed over to customers on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department when required.
- Maintain inventory records of workshop consumables and coordinate replenishment requests.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed according to company procedures.
- Assist with general office administration and other duties assigned by management.
Salary: MVR 12,000.00+
