Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance.
- Track and report project progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc).
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist).
