Executive Pastry Chef
We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and results-driven Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage our Pastry & Bakery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, innovation, and operational excellence while delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all pastry and bakery operations of the hotel.
- Plan, develop, and innovate dessert menus in line with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team to achieve operational excellence.
- Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of modern pastry trends, artisanal baking techniques, and luxury dessert presentation.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality in high-volume operations.
- Proven ability to manage costs and maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours on a roster basis.
