FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front office operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred (hospitality experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
