FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
