SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR RETAIL SHOWROOM
A Day in the Life of the Role
- Drive and achieve monthly sales targets of all the showrooms, through effective planning and execution of promotions and sales initiatives.
- Lead and oversee all showroom operations effectively and efficiently.
- Train, guide, and motivate showroom staff to perform at their best.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.
What Helps You Succeed
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- 2–3 years experience any similar capacity in showroom operations will be advantageous.
- Be able to travel, work outdoors, and to handle multiple showrooms located in multiple cities within the island.
- Ability to coordinate teams effectively, external and internal stakeholders effectively.
