Prerequisites:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional telephone handling etiquette.
- Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role with a minimum of 2 to 5 years.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and email correspondence.
