We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Care Executive — Front Office to provide outstanding service, manage front office operations, and contribute to building strong, lasting customer relationships.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FRONT OFFICE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Greet customers professionally and manage front office reception activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with the workshop, service advisors, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide customers with information on after-sales services, Sterling products and services, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer awareness.
  • Effectively handle walk-in service bookings, reservations, and customer follow-ups to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights for improving service standards.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain front office operational reports as requested by the line manager.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and align with the company culture to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma, Higher National Diploma, or any other equivalent qualification in Business Management, Customer Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems.
  • Candidates should preferably be under 35 years of age.
