Shift Production Executive
The right candidate should have following credentials :
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain product quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift planning effectively.
- Ensure machines are operated efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Monitor material usage and reduce production wastage.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and ISO standards.
- Train and guide production employees to improve productivity and discipline.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in glove manufacturing or a rubber-based industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in shift handling and production supervision is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
