ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Customer Relationship Assistant – Projects, you will play a key role in supporting project coordination and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, assisting in project-related activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role also involves handling administrative tasks, preparing regular status reports, and ensuring timely updates across stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential to succeed in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing sales orders and arrange on time deliveries.
  • Maintain regular communication with field staff and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams.
  • Handle Administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service will be preferred.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Assist in coordinating project-related activities.
  • Having successfully completed the A/L examination / Obtained a Diploma in business management would be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems can be an added advantage.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, reports.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
