Telemarketing Officer / Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle professional calls pitching courses and events.
  • Consistently meet all daily/monthly registration targets.
  • Manage student/parent inquiries via Whatsapp and social media.
  • Maintain accurate records, update CRM, and report progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • School leavers and undergraduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently with students and parents.
  • Fluency in Sinhala is required; basic English communication is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and internet usage skills.
  • Previous telemarketing or call center experience is an added benefit.
