Telemarketing Officer / Call Center Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle professional calls pitching courses and events.
- Consistently meet all daily/monthly registration targets.
- Manage student/parent inquiries via Whatsapp and social media.
- Maintain accurate records, update CRM, and report progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- School leavers and undergraduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently with students and parents.
- Fluency in Sinhala is required; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet usage skills.
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience is an added benefit.
