Assistant Manager / Manager – Financial Planning & Analyst

Join our Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and strategic planning.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIMA, ACCA, or CA qualification (fully or partly qualified)
- 3–5 years of FP&A, Management Accounting, or Corporate Finance experience
- FMCG or Consumer Goods industry exposure
- Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting & Variance Analysis
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an added advantage)
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver financial insights and performance analysis
- Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards
- Partner with business functions to support strategic decision-making
