Planning Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Determine optimal ordering quantities based on demand, stock levels, and lead times; place and follow up on material orders with relevant supply chain contacts.
- Maintain accurate SAP data and transactions.
- Monitor and analyze SBU performance to ensure operations remain within set standards and provide instructions to SBU staff to help them maintain operations within targets.
- Support month-end trading account finalization.
- Share timely cost-movement information with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with SBU teams and maintain strong teamwork.
Educational Qualifications
- A Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized university.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
- Attention to data accuracy and ability to develop clear, practical procedures.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to instructions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
