Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and customer databases
- Coordinate with technicians regarding repair and service updates
- Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
- Manage daily administrative operations of the service center
- Handle calls, emails, and front desk coordination efficiently
- Track service timelines and ensure timely delivery
Requirements and Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory
