Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally
  • Maintain accurate service records and customer databases
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding repair and service updates
  • Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
  • Manage daily administrative operations of the service center
  • Handle calls, emails, and front desk coordination efficiently
  • Track service timelines and ensure timely delivery

Requirements and Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory
