Employment Type: FULL-TIME
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.; Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the timely dispatch of raw materials and finished goods to support daily production and customer delivery requirements.
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and audits to minimize discrepancies, losses, and wastage.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and on-time deliveries.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise warehouse personnel while fostering a safe, disciplined, and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, inventory reports, and documentation required for management review and internal/external audits.
- Implement industry best practices in warehouse management, inventory control, and stock optimization to ensure effective inventory management and operational excellence.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or printing & packaging environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management software will be an added advantage.
