Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager - Human Resources
Location: Ratmalana
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM & Saturday - 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
- Support and maintain effective employee relations while addressing workplace concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance management processes, employee evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
- Administer employee welfare activities, medical insurance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS databases, and prepare HR reports and analytics.
- Assist management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies that promote a positive workplace culture and employee productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
Executive – Human Resources
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Assistant Manager – Human Resources
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Manager – Human Resources
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities, in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, strategic HR management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead HR functions and drive employee engagement and organizational performance.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills (for managerial positions).
