nSumathi Information Technologies (Private) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings, has been at the forefront of computer networking and data communication since 2001, offering total ICT solutions under one roof.
nWe are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the above position to manage project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery within the Engineering Operations of the company.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close assigned ICT infrastructure and engineering projects in line with agreed timelines, scope, and budget. n
- Coordinate with internal teams, enterprise customers, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth project delivery. n
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, progress updates, reports, and related documentation. n
- Monitor project milestones, identify delays or risks, and take corrective actions in coordination with management. n
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost changes, and resource requirements effectively. n
- Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. n
- Report project progress, risks, revenue funnels, and key updates to management as required. n
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ICT, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. n
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in ICT infrastructure, engineering, networking, or technical operations. n
- Experience in enterprise customer handling and managing client-facing project coordination will be an added advantage. n
- Professional qualification in Project Management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar would be an added advantage. n
- Sound knowledge of project planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management. n
- Experience in using project management tools and MS Office applications. n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. n
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver results within deadlines. n
