WE'RE HIRING HR Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results–driven HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee performance management systems and drive employee development and succession planning.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, building capability and accountability.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with senior management to support business growth and change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Sri Lanka.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
