We are looking for candidates who are energetic, hardworking and result oriented for the below vacancy:
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end last mile delivery operations, including pickup, sorting, dispatch, and final delivery across all shifts.
- Lead and manage day and night operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and on-time deliveries in line with SLAs.
- Supervise drivers, riders, and hub teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Monitor operational KPIs, delivery performance, and turnaround times, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, with strong focus on night operations, safety, and contingency management.
- Optimize routes, manpower deployment, and fleet utilization to improve efficiency and control operational costs.
- Ensure high service quality, regulatory compliance, and effective resolution of escalated operational issues.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in courier, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Proven experience in managing large operational teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent operational planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of courier operations, fleet management, and route optimization.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
