Join our Team as a Senior Executive - BPM & Digital Transformation
Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Act as a key functional and core team member driving the migration to SAP S/4HANA and optimization of surrounding BPM workflows.
- Map, analyze, re-engineer, and model complex business processes to align with standard SAP best practices, minimizing customization where possible.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, internal business units, and technical teams to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and process integrity.
- Manage change management, process documentation, and functional troubleshooting during pre- and post-migration phases.
- Identify, pilot, and implement AI-based use cases (e.g. GenAI tools, SAP Intelligent RPA, predictive analytics, smart data processing) to enhance business efficiency.
- Integrate intelligent automation tools with SAP S/4HANA to drive real-time decision-making and predictive process insights.
- Stay current with emerging digital transformation trends to keep the ecosystem ahead of the curve.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Process Management/Digital Transformation.
- Strong understanding of BPM tools, process mapping methodologies, and standard SAP architecture/modules.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, low-code/no-code automation tools, or data analytics platforms that interface with SAP ecosystems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical processes.
- Strong analytical mind with high attention to detail and a structured problem-solving attitude.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - able to bridge the gap between technical vendors and business users.
