SERVICE ADVISOR - BODY REPAIR WORKSHOP
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Automobile Technologies team as a Service Adviser - Body Repair Workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare repair estimates for accident repairs and bodywork grooming.
- Handle panel rate calculations and invoice preparation upon completion of repairs.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for estimate approvals, payment clearances, and salvage submissions.
- Manage customer inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Support workshop operations, job loading, and coordination activities.
- Ensure final repair quality standards are maintained.
- Handle matters related to automotive paint materials including water-based paints.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of heated spray paint booths and vehicle body aligners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of automobile body repair processes and workshop operations.
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
