Printing & Production Floor Operations supervisor
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our printing production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production floor operations and workflow
- Ensure materials, samples, and job requirements are prepared in advance
- Allocate work efficiently among machine operators and production staff
- Coordinate printing schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Monitor quality control throughout the production process
- Maintain production records and update job progress regularly
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines with relevant departments
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and proper machine handling
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary
- Support and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in printing, production, or manufacturing supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
