DESIGN SENIOR ENGINEER
Location: EKALA
WE ARE HIRING
As a Design Senior Engineer, you will lead the design and development of industrial equipment from feasibility to industrialization. Your mission is to deliver robust, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions by driving conceptual and detailed design, simulations, prototyping, validation, and equipment qualification.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in a manufacturing organization).
- Strong expertise in CAD tools is mandatory.
- Experience related to Solid Works would be an added advantage.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system design.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Innovative, creative and good teamwork skills.
