IT Executive - Clinical Trial Management System
The role is to manage, trouble shoot and continuously improve of CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System)
Required Knowledge and Skills
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity (ERP system) is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with:
- ASP.NET / PHP / Python / Java (depending on your technology stack)
- SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Web application development
- API integration
- Cloud hosting and security
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
- Implement new modules, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage system integrations with other organizational platforms.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation.
- Train users and prepare user manuals SOPs.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain backups, access controls, and cybersecurity measures related to the CTMS.
