The Role

As the Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager – Masterbrand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Atlas’s purpose of making learning fun.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, or professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Masterbrand, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, brand equity principles, media planning, and brand-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, presentation skills, project management, and social media analytics.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop and implement the Masterbrand strategy to strengthen brand positioning and drive long-term growth.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and equity.
  • Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies for creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee end-to-end media management, including planning, buying, and execution across TV, radio, digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
  • Partner with media agencies to ensure effective media placements, track performance through analytics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Drive PR strategy and execution to build and maintain a strong, positive brand reputation and corporate image.
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products, packaging, and all communication touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
  • Strengthen brand equity by delivering consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage and maintain all stakeholder agreements effectively.
