We are looking for dynamic, dedicated and result-oriented professionals to join our team for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
PROJECT ENGINEERS (Over 5 Years’ Experience)
- BSc in Civil Engineering + minimum 5 years of experience in building or civil construction projects.
- Or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and project documentation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Over 3 Years’ Experience)
- Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, cost control and subcontract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
TECHNICAL OFFICERS (Over 5 Years’ Experience)
- NCT (National Certificate in Technology) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, quality control and construction activities.
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate site works.
STORE KEEPERS (Over 2 Years’ Experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction material stores management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Familiarity with material receiving, issuing and record keeping.
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
