Supervisor - Service Assurance (CCTV Monitoring)

What you need to do
- Observe the checkout operation at all outlets; if the checkout queue management is not managed ensure to capture, inform, and record the relevant data.
- Ensure to capture, inform, and record the relevant data if any gaps are found at outlets during operational hours.
- Monitor staff availability at all service touch points (Vegetable, Meat, Fish, Bakery, Hot Food) and assist customers accordingly.
- Ensure processes are adhered at the shop floor, such as safety measures, staff grooming, and behavioural standards; if any mishaps are found, ensure to capture, inform, and record data.
- Ensure that day-to-day activities at outlet levels, such as morning briefing, etc., are carried out, and if any mishaps are found, ensure to capture, inform, and record the relevant data.
What we are looking for
- GCE A/L, Degree or Advance diploma in any field/Diploma in Computing (MS Office).
- Minimum Two-Year Experience in the retail store.
