nCome join our team as a Quality Auditor
nWhat you need to do

- Develops and implements quality control audit plans and identifies testing parameters for products. n
- Assesses fresh product stages, tests quality parameters and appearance, and approves products for allocation. n
- Manages and executes the ripening chamber process for product readiness. n
- Ensures all products meet industry standards and regulations. n
- Records defect and provides recommendations for improvement. n
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes, aiming to boost efficiency and product quality. n
What we are looking for
n- n
- Minimum 1 year in a similar industry, specifically in quality assurance or inspection; experience with fruit ripening processes is a strong advantage. n
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or Post-Harvest Management, or an equivalent professional qualification. n
- Solid understanding of industry standards and both internal and external industry environments. n
- Exceptional eye for detail to ensure quality and compliance. n
- Strong skills in organizing tasks, prioritizing, multitasking, and managing time efficiently. n
- Excellent team leadership and communication abilities, along with research and development skills. n
