SENIOR EXECUTIVE-HR (TALENT ACQUISITION & ON BOARDING)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Publish job advertisements through relevant recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including induction programs and orientation sessions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and other HR-related documentation as required.
  • Responsible for all the HR projects and administrative tasks specifically related to talent acquisition and employee engagement & specifically assigned by the management from time to time related to general HR management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a professional Qualification in HR.
  • 3-4 years of experience in General HR operations with expertise in talent acquisition & onboarding, preferably within the service sector. Exposure to customer care, Marketing & sales operations will be a definite advantage.
  • Experience with the HR management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with exposure to CRM tools, social media, and AI platforms.
  • Exposure to budgeting and financial processes.
  • Growing, customer-oriented & management mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Should be a team player with strong communication & analytical skills with fluency in English.
  • Should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
