Vacancy for Sales Executive – Office Automation
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sales Executive – Office Automation to join our team at Aiken. The role involves providing timely and effective technical support for our range of banking and cash handling equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in office automation, IT solutions, office equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
