We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Automation / PLC Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have an Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering degree with 1-3 years of industry experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation services. The selected candidate will be expected to work independently on automation projects, machine improvements, R&D activities, and technical problem-solving assignments.

Responsibilities

  • PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification of existing systems.
  • PLC/HMI program migration and upgrades.
  • Carry out automation improvement and process optimization projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve machine/electrical control issues independently.
  • Conduct R&D activities related to industrial automation and machine performance.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and on-site service activities.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in PLC automation or industrial service environment.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
  • Basic understanding of electrical panels, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle projects with minimum supervision.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience in automation retrofits and machine modifications.
  • Passion for innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement projects.
  • HMI/SCADA knowledge.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
