CONTROL & AUTOMATION ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Automation / PLC Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have an Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering degree with 1-3 years of industry experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation services. The selected candidate will be expected to work independently on automation projects, machine improvements, R&D activities, and technical problem-solving assignments.
Responsibilities
- PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification of existing systems.
- PLC/HMI program migration and upgrades.
- Carry out automation improvement and process optimization projects.
- Diagnose and resolve machine/electrical control issues independently.
- Conduct R&D activities related to industrial automation and machine performance.
- Support commissioning, testing, and on-site service activities.
Profile & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in PLC automation or industrial service environment.
- Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle projects with minimum supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in automation retrofits and machine modifications.
- Passion for innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement projects.
- HMI/SCADA knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
