Call Centre Agents
We are hiring to join our growing team at British Way International School, Kandy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply.
