Management Accountant / Assistant Manager - Finance
The Job:
Responsible for management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance insights. The role will also support reporting automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Analyze pre- and post-costings and provide business insights.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support reporting automation and AI-driven process improvements with IT teams.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in the garment industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
