Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, manage technical teams, and ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
This is a fully on-site role, and candidates must be based in or willing to work from Kuliyapitiya or Kurunegala areas.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong awareness of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work on-site in Kuliyapitiya or Kurunegala (not a remote role)
