Customer Service Agent

Our client is a leading international retail and distribution company specializing in fresh produce, groceries, and specialty food products sourced from global markets. With a strong presence in the United Kingdom, the organization is committed to delivering quality products, exceptional customer service, and outstanding value to diverse communities. The company is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support its online retail operations and provide professional customer service to UK and international customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused support to UK and international customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and support continuous service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare customer service reports and perform other duties as assigned.
PROFILE
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Customer Service, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Customer Relations roles.
- Experience with UK/international customers or BPO/shared services is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
