JOB OUTLINE
- Assist day-to-day operations in reservations and ticketing.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails within the standard service times.
- Provide customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special service requests.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal department/teams to ensure smooth operation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer care and aviation.
- Diploma / Certificate professional qualification in Aviation or Tourism will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service within the Aviation or Travel industry.
