Senior Executive — Industrial Engineering
What you will do:
- Assist in pre-production activities; and achieve targeted Production Start Date for assigned section
- Responsible to achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets and for day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities for assigned sections
- Responsible for carry out accurate and on-time calculations, such as SMV/SAH, efficiency for each style
- Provide guidance and training to IE Officers and be responsible for their performance
- The Senior Executive — Industrial Engineering is responsible for achieving production efficiency by calculating SMV/SAH, preparing yamazumi charts, balancing lines, and optimizing layouts. The role also focuses on reducing SMV, improving efficiency, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Ideal profile:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Clothing Technology with GSD License or experience in working with GSD system
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
- Hanger Line / Unit Production System (UPS) Management experience will be added advantage
