JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by engaging professionally with guests and anticipating their needs.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages served.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and coffee preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of bar and coffee supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or cafe environment.
- Sound knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bar operations, including basic mixology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
