Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Deliver a high standard of customer service by engaging professionally with guests and anticipating their needs.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages served.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and coffee preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of bar and coffee supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or cafe environment.
Sound knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bar operations, including basic mixology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
