JUNIOR TOURISM EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in designing and planning tour packages and itineraries.
- Support senior staff in managing client inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and tour schedules.
- Help process travel-related documents such as visas and insurance when required.
- Stay informed on travel destinations and industry updates to assist clients effectively.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to promote tourism services.
- Maintain client records, handle follow-ups, and provide excellent customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certified qualification in Tourism (Mandatory).
- A minimum of one year of experience in the tourism industry is preferred; however, freshers with strong passion and knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in other languages, including Tamil & Sinhala, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a team, and adapt to challenges.
- Basic computer literacy (Mandatory).
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
